How to Use the Outline
- Keep the situation short. Two sentences. Interviewers want the action and the result.
- Say "I", not "we". Panels want to know what you did.
- End with the lesson. Every answer should close with what it taught you and how it shows up in how you'd work on a crew.
- Tie it to the department. One sentence connecting your example to their values, their call volume, or their community.
