Gorilla makes a dozen adhesives under one brand, and they are chemically different products. Whether "Gorilla Glue" is flammable depends on which bottle you're holding.
Original Gorilla Glue (the brown polyurethane glue that foams as it cures) is combustible but not flammable at room temperature; its flash point is above 200°F. Gorilla Super Glue is cyanoacrylate, the same chemistry as any super glue, and its vapor is flammable while wet, with a flash point around 180°F. Gorilla Wood Glue is water-based and not flammable. Once cured, all of them are solid plastic that will burn only in an established fire.

Original Gorilla Glue and Heat
The wet glue is a polyurethane prepolymer with a flash point comfortably above room temperature, so a bottle in the garage is not a spark hazard. The interesting part is the cured product: that tan foam that squeezes out of a joint is polyurethane foam, and polyurethane foam burns fast with heavy black smoke, the same way couch cushions do. Trim and remove the squeeze-out rather than leaving big beads of cured foam near a heat source. The cured bond itself is rated to about 200°F before it softens.
Gorilla Super Glue
It behaves exactly like other cyanoacrylates: flammable vapor while wet, a strong reaction with cotton that can smoke or ignite the fabric, and an inert hard plastic once cured. Cap it between uses, keep it away from flame, and never wipe up a spill with a cotton ball. Details in is super glue flammable.
Storage
All Gorilla products store the same way: cool, capped, upright, away from heat and out of reach of kids and pets. Original Gorilla Glue in particular is a serious hazard if a dog eats it, because it expands in the stomach.
